Who Am I?

Hi, my name is Esther! I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist & I work with Black women to help them reclaim their power, eat the foods they love and discover the joy of movement.

As a weight-inclusive, HAES aligned dietitian, my goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment to help you feel your best, regardless of your body size.

I have been where you are. As a Black woman, I understand the societal pressure to be a certain size, while taking care of everyone else around you. Somewhere down the line, your worth started to be defined by the numbers on the scale instead of who you really are. You are more than just a number or a measurement on the scale.
