Hi, my name is Esther! I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist & I work with Black women to help them reclaim their power, eat the foods they love and discover the joy of movement.
As a weight-inclusive, HAES aligned dietitian, my goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment to help you feel your best, regardless of your body size.
I have been where you are. As a Black woman, I understand the societal pressure to be a certain size, while taking care of everyone else around you.
